The Volvo 850 car was introduced in 1992. The Volvo 850 series cars were well-known as the compact luxury car of the Volvo family. Those are having compact executive car looks and were produced in between 1992 and 1997.
These models are available in sedan and it was noted as the very first front-wheel drive vehicle exported to North America from this Swedish manufacturer.
In North America, this car gave Volvo its reputation as a high-end auto maker, because of many features which were not there in previous Volvo car models.
